Billing area
The billing section shows current plan status, historical billing records, and package capabilities such as staff, product, and location limits.
Changing plans
Owners can change plans inside the portal. When a plan changes, the platform rebalances feature availability to fit the new package.
Domains
- Every shop starts with a platform subdomain.
- Eligible plans can add a custom domain.
- Custom domains require DNS setup and verification.
When to upgrade
Upgrade when you need more staff capacity, more products, more locations, or branded domain support.
