Getting Started

From signup to a live storefront.

What happens first

Start by creating your account from the main signup page. During signup you choose a plan, create your shop slug, and set your owner login details.

After signup

  1. Open the owner portal.
  2. Review branding so the storefront reflects your shop.
  3. Add or refine locations.
  4. Check billing and plan details.
  5. Configure WhatsApp and Yoco when needed.

Portal sections you should visit first

  • Dashboard: see the overall platform status and analytics.
  • Branding: update visual identity and storefront presentation.
  • Locations: define collection branches, maps, and WhatsApp numbers.
  • Settings: maintain company details and integrations.
