From signup to a live storefront.
What happens first
Start by creating your account from the main signup page. During signup you choose a plan, create your shop slug, and set your owner login details.
After signup
- Open the owner portal.
- Review branding so the storefront reflects your shop.
- Add or refine locations.
- Check billing and plan details.
- Configure WhatsApp and Yoco when needed.
Portal sections you should visit first
- Dashboard: see the overall platform status and analytics.
- Branding: update visual identity and storefront presentation.
- Locations: define collection branches, maps, and WhatsApp numbers.
- Settings: maintain company details and integrations.
