What the loyalty engine can do

The loyalty area inside Shop Management gives you a campaign builder for repeat-purchase rewards and cart-based offers.

  • Buy X, Get Reward: stamp-card style programs such as buy 7 coffees and get 1 free.
  • Specials: percentage or value discounts on selected drinks or categories.
  • Combo Deals: bundle specific menu items together at a fixed combo price.
  • Spend And Save: unlock a discount once the cart reaches a minimum spend.

How customers experience loyalty

Active offers are surfaced on the storefront, attached to eligible products, reflected inside the cart, and written into order totals when applied.

How reward progress works

Signed-in customers build progress automatically through qualifying orders. When a reward becomes available, the checkout experience can apply it without forcing staff to manage it manually.

Recommended launch sequence

  1. Start with one hero program, such as a simple coffee stamp card.
  2. Add one combo for a common basket, like coffee plus pastry.
  3. Use timed specials to drive quieter periods of the day or week.
  4. Review order behaviour and refine the program mix over time.

Plan availability

Loyalty is included on Pro and Enterprise plans. Starter does not include the loyalty engine unless the account has a platform-level full-access override.
