WhatsApp setup

The settings area supports WaSender connection management and template control for outbound WhatsApp communication.

Connection workflow

  1. Add the Personal Access Token.
  2. Ensure the default location has the correct WhatsApp number.
  3. Start or refresh the managed session.
  4. Scan the QR code if WaSender requires linking.

Template workflow

You can save templates for new orders, order completion, and collected notifications. These templates become the source of truth once the session is connected.

Yoco integration

Platform and shop payment settings live in the portal so owners can keep checkout working and webhook verification aligned.
